Hey everyone, my name is Brad Campbell and I’m a Doctor of Pharmacy turned weight loss coach. That’s a picture of me with wife Staci and our first child (Caleb) below…

I’ve been a lifelong health enthusiast and love teaching others how to properly pursue a lifestyle that produces confidence, happiness and freedom from aches, pains, diseases and limitations in general.

Many factors contribute to such a lifestyle, but one far outweighs the rest — and that’s your diet plan, of course.

Having a positive mindset, a support system, an optimized supplement regimen and an effective workout routine are all important as well, but when carried out in the absence of a quality dieting plan… you’ll only get so far in terms of losing fat and improving your overall health.

On the other hand, an awesome diet all by itself can go a long ways in making you look and feel amazing.

It’s believed that the diet is responsible for as much as 85% of the body composition changes you can achieve.

That’s a staggering stat to consider…

… and it’s why I coach everyone to first get their meal plan zeroed in and then begin to incorporate the workouts, potential supplements, along with mindset training and so on…

At this stage, you’ll begin seeing synergistic results, as your mind and body start firing on all cylinders.
