Okay, after grabbing your free fat burning gifts above, continue down this page to get the scoop on what diets are legit, which ones you should avoid and which crash diets are downright bogus…
It’s important to point out that most diets out there were not created based around solid scientific data, but rather a good marketing idea.
Yes, I said it…
As shocking as it may sound, money generally comes first — especially in the weight loss industry, where so many people truly need help.
It’s sad, but very true.
Here’s what I mean: all the hyped-up fad diets you’ve heard of (and maybe even tried) were more than likely created to be highly marketable… and NOT because the author or company genuinely wanted to help women achieve life-changing weight loss results.
Nope, all that matters is having a good selling proposition or an intriguing theory/system that supposedly causes the flab to just fly off your body without any work on your part. Am I right?
My point is there are thousands of ways to help women lose weight quickly.
Whether it’s a chocolate cake diet, Atkins diet, Mediterranean diet, grapefruit diet, South Beach diet, liquid diet or any other meal plan program… technically, any of ‘em could work, as long as they’re causing you to operate at an overall negative caloric balance (meaning you’re burning off more cals in a day than what you’re taking in).
But that doesn’t necessarily mean any one of them is right for you.
You need to be reasonable and first understand a little basic biology before you can make an informed decision about what type of diets you should consider and which ones to rule out as complete nonsense.
The best diet plans for women that want to lose weight fast, but without resorting to insane eating habits that ask you to starve yourself or say goodbye to your favorite foods forever, are ones that take this proven biology into account.
See, the main problem with a majority of the fad diets out there is exactly what I described above — they weren’t created using good judgement based on what we know to be true about the body.
The marketing angle may make ‘em sell well, and a few women may experience decent short term results… but almost NOBODY will keep the weight off permanently.
Most Diets Neglect “This”…
You know how our ancestors didn’t have McDonald’s, Burger King and Taco Bell on every corner?
Yeah well, because there actually used to be a time period when food was a LOT harder to come by, our bodies are inherently built to protect us from starving.
That probably sounds funny in today’s age, where as we enter into 2012, we’re facing an uptrending obesity epidemic that continues to silently kill our society.
Anyways, because of the way humans evolved, and the fact that our rapid success has totally transformed the environment we live in…
… whereby, it’s way too easy to stuff our faces with processed foods…
… we clearly no longer need to be ‘protected’ from starving like we did back in the day, when our ancestors had to go out and be fortunate enough to score a kill, just to have some grub.
But your body doesn’t know any better and will still enter into this “starvation mode” in the face of low calorie intake for too many days in a row.
Big deal, right?
WRONG. It’s actually a huge deal…
… because starvation mode results in a whole cascade of internal events that make it extremely hard to continue losing weight.
I’ll spare you the scientific details, but basically, your body thinks you may be in danger of starving and therefore starts STORING fat more efficiently (to produce an energy reserve).
This is the reason you experience those annoying weight loss plateaus, in most cases.
If you think back to some of the fad diets you’ve tried before, there were probably times where you were doing everything correct and following the diet plan exactly as instructed and yet, the weight loss just stops after a few weeks…
Starvation mode was likely to blame ;-)
So to start with, whenever you even want to consider selecting a diet that works as advertised, you have to ask yourself whether the given diet plan has some built-in technique to overcome (or prevent) this from happening.
And I’ll tell you, most diets do NOT. They totally neglect this proven biology for some strange reason.
The end result is slowed weight loss after too many consecutive days of low calorie dieting.
Diets That Work Fix “This”…
Like I talked about in how to lose belly fat for women, there are a few different ways to accomplish this task of outsmarting your own body, preventing starvation mode and thus promoting a fast metabolism week after week, even while dieting fairly aggressively.
Which method you use is really up to you and your preferences, but just promise me that you’re done with trying out the gimmicky crash diets that aren’t built with this cycling of calories in mind.
I want to show you my favorite diet that I know works very well, since it takes everything I just said into account, plus uses some out-of-the-box tactics to help women take their weight loss to the next level.
We’ve created a free video training course that teaches you everything you’ll need to know.
