Not All Meal Plans Are Created Equal
As we approach 2012, obesity is still on the climb and the data is mind-boggling…
It’s hard to imagine our society continuing this deadly trend, but the studies are showing that’s exactly what’s happening.
Now more than ever women are turning to the Internet to seek out a solution to this problem. And for that, I applaud you.
After all, it’s not like everyone who’s overweight is content being so — in fact, most people who’re overweight are actively trying to reverse this trend at any given time. The culprit is really our success.
Think about it…
We’ve got way too many highly convenient food options around us, at our disposable, pretty much 24/7. So although I think it’s important for each of us to “pony up” and accept responsibility for our over-indulgences… we’re definitely fighting an uphill battle here.
Anyways, I digress…
Be Smart, Don’t Believe The Hype
The point of this post was really to speak to those who are ready for change. And those who have landed on this site determined to find the next great diet plan. I wanted to issue a fair warning: not all diet plans are created equal — although most of ‘em certainly suck (to be blunt).
What’s important is that you stop buying into the hype and ridiculous claims and focus your attention on the “upper level” (aka legitimate) meal plans that make sense from a biological standpoint and that are backed by hundreds of success stories.
Now THOSE are the types of diets we’re looking for.
Believe me, although every last diet program will promise to deliver jaw-dropping results practically overnight… you need to be strong and avoid the temptation to waste your time, energy and money on such crap.
If you’re ready to accept the fact that there WILL be some work involved and you’re not gonna melt off 7 lbs by tomorrow morning by way of eating nothing but chocolate cake… then I can help you ;-)
